For clinics
Integration coaching that complements your clinical care.
Integration support bridges the gap between the treatment experience and everyday life. For clinics, it is a way to expand the support you offer without expanding the clinical workload.

Why clinics partner with an integration coach
Continuity for patients. Less non-clinical load for your team.
Between sessions
Patients get structured, confidential support in the days after treatment, when questions and insights are freshest and the clinic is not in the room.
After discharge
A clear continuation path so the work does not stop when the treatment course ends.
Clear boundaries
Coaching never touches dosing, diagnosis, medication or treatment planning. Anything clinical is routed straight back to your team.
Our role
What the role includes, and what it never does.
We provide consultation, training, and structured integration support. Coaches do not replace your clinicians or therapists. Coaches do not administer, prescribe or advise on ketamine or any medication. Those decisions belong with your treating clinician. Coaching is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis or prescribing.
Includes
- Preparation conversations before a session
- Structured integration sessions afterwards
- Practical, values-led planning between sessions
- Agreed communication with your clinical team
Never includes
- Prescribing, supplying or administering ketamine
- Diagnosis or changes to treatment plans
- Managing adverse reactions or emergencies
- Medical advice of any kind
A 60-minute consultation with us to assess your current patient journey, identify gaps in support, and develop a clear approach to integrating structured patient support into your model.
We draft a tailored integration support plan, including referral pathways, patient eligibility, and clear roles and responsibilities between our team and yours.
Timeline and next step are defined as structured integration support is implemented alongside your clinical care model.
Custom arrangements
Every clinic is different.
Some clinics want a light referral option; others want integration coaching woven into their patient journey. The consultation is where we work out what fits your clinic, your patients and your clinicians. Terms are agreed clinic by clinic.
No existing clinic partnerships are claimed on this website.
Clinic questions
What clinics ask first.
Who does the practice work with?
We work in two ways: as an integration coaching partner to ketamine clinics, supporting their patients alongside the clinic's own clinical care, and directly with private clients who are going through, have completed, or are considering a clinically supervised process. Every relationship begins with a free, brief consultation so we can understand what is needed before any coaching begins.
Does the team work with ketamine clinics?
Yes. We offer integration coaching as a partner service to ketamine clinics, working alongside their existing clinical teams rather than in place of them. A clinic that wants to explore this starts with a 60-minute Clinic Partnership Consultation, where the patient journey, referral routes and how coaching would fit alongside clinical care are discussed. Any partnership terms are agreed individually with each clinic.
How can a ketamine clinic work with us?
A clinic that wants to explore working with us begins by booking a Clinic Partnership Consultation, a 60-minute online conversation. In it, we discuss the clinic's patient journey, where integration coaching could fit, referral routes, session structure, and communication and boundaries between coaching and clinical care. Any ongoing arrangement and its terms are then agreed individually with that clinic.
Why might a clinic use an integration coach?
Clinics sometimes look to add integration coaching so patients have structured support with preparation, reflection, meaning-making and practical change around their clinical process, in addition to the clinical care the clinic already provides. This can give patients a dedicated space to work through what comes up, without adding to the clinical team's own workload. Exactly how this fits a particular clinic's patient journey is worked out together during a Clinic Partnership Consultation.
Can a clinic refer clients to us?
Yes. Once a clinic and our team have agreed on a partnership arrangement, typically following a Clinic Partnership Consultation, the clinic can begin referring patients for integration coaching. The specific referral routes and how communication with the clinical team will work are agreed as part of that arrangement. No existing clinic partnerships are being claimed here; each arrangement is set up individually.
Does the team replace the clinic's existing clinicians or therapists?
No. Our integration coaching is designed to complement, not replace, the clinic's own clinicians and therapists. Clinical decisions, diagnosis and treatment planning remain entirely with the clinic's clinical team. Our part is the coaching and personal-development support that runs alongside that care, with boundaries and communication agreed with each clinic.
What happens during a Clinic Partnership Consultation?
The Clinic Partnership Consultation is a 60-minute conversation held online. During it, Our team and the clinic discuss the clinic's patient journey, where integration coaching could fit within it, how referrals would work, what session structure might look like, and how communication and boundaries between coaching and the clinical team will be handled. Any custom arrangement for the clinic is also discussed here, with terms agreed clinic by clinic afterward.
Who should book a Clinic Partnership Consultation?
The Clinic Partnership Consultation is intended for clinic owners, directors, or someone the clinic has authorised to discuss a partnership on its behalf. This ensures the conversation about patient journeys, referral routes and partnership terms happens with someone able to make or guide those decisions for the clinic. The consultation itself is free and takes about 60 minutes, held online.
